Hotel English:

(Prerequisites: having finished Beginner stages)

  • Course 2 – 8 modules

The course is for students at elementary and intermediate levels.  The primary aim is for you to learn to speak with and understand guests at the hotel where you work, to make their stay more comfortable and your job more enjoyable.

  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Writing short e-mails and letters
  • Dealing with guest’s problems
  • Explaining directions inside and outside the hotel
  • Suggesting places to visit in the region
